We, Cabco Ltd trading as Cabco Newbury Taxi (“we”, “our” or “us”), with our registered office address at 24A Kingfisher Court, Newbury, RG14 5SJ, are fully committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any information you provide to us. We treat both privacy and security as priorities and make every effort to ensure that all information provided by you is protected.   • the Cabco Newbury Taxi software application (the “App”).

This Notice sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us in connection with your use of the Services (“Personal Data”), will be processed by us or our third-party service providers.

  • Law Enforcement Agencies: where required by law.
  • Buyers/Sellers of Business Assets: if Cabco Ltd or its assets are acquired by a third party, customer data may be transferred.

6. Storing and Transfers of Your Personal Data

We may transfer your personal data outside the UK. Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards such as the UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses are used to protect your data. All information is stored on secure servers.

7. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data For

Cabco Ltd will retain your personal data for as long as you use the App or Website and for a period of seven (7) years after account deletion. In certain cases, we may retain data longer if required by law or in connection with ongoing claims or disputes.
